Check the name says DermMED and tap Add.

Staying safe

Is it safe to install?

Yes. The DermMED app is a web app: it's part of our own website, added to your home screen using a standard feature built into iPhone and Android. That's why it isn't in the App Store or Google Play, and why there's nothing to download from anywhere else.

Only add it from our website. Check the address bar shows drmariasdermmedaesthetics.co.uk with a padlock before you tap Add. We'll never ask you to download the app from any other site, a file or an attachment.
It asks for no phone permissions. The app never asks for your camera, photos, contacts, microphone or location, and it can't see anything else on your phone.
Payments stay with Tide. You pay on Tide's secure payment page, straight into our business bank account. The app and our clinic never see your online banking login.
Your data is protected. Every connection is encrypted, and your account and orders are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
It updates itself. You always get the latest prices and information, with no updates to install.
Beware of fake links. We will never text, email or WhatsApp you a link asking for card details or your password. If something looks wrong, call us on 01642 638541.
