PRP (platelet-rich plasma) uses a small sample of your own blood, processed to concentrate the platelets and growth factors it contains. The platelet-rich plasma is then injected into the treatment area to support the body’s natural repair processes.
Because it uses your own blood, PRP is a natural approach to rejuvenation. It is used for facial skin quality, under-eye concerns, scarring, and for thinning hair and scalp health. Suitability is assessed at consultation and individual results vary.

PRP can be used on its own or combined with microneedling as part of a wider plan.
A small blood sample is taken and spun in a centrifuge to separate the platelet-rich plasma. The whole appointment usually takes under an hour.
